Hi everyone! I’m super excited to introduce a new weekly post series to my blog called “Sugar Showcase”! A little bit cheesy, but I thought it was a cute name haha.
This is going to be my very own curated showcase of fun, cute and interesting things that I find online for you to look at! It can be anything from products, clothes, items, decor, blog posts, videos and anything else that I’ve been loving! Some of the posts will be random and others will be themed. I’ll also be throwing in updates if there’s anything new going on in my life, or if I have anything on my mind that I want to share.
I know that I’m really going to enjoy making this series every week and I hope you enjoy it too! Check back every Friday for a new super-sweet Sugar Showcase!
Let’s start the post!
Let me introduce to you… Coffee! Coffee is the most adorable little cat whom I’ve been following on Instagram for quite some time now. He’s also brother to the ever-so famous Nala cat. Sweet Coffee was sadly diagnosed with lymphoma earlier this year, but he’s strong and fighting! Show your love and support over on his Instagram 🙂
*drools* Oh my goodness. I LOVE these shoes so much! I’ve been wanting to get a pair of shoes like these for too long. I’m in the process of finding my personal fashion style/re-doing my wardrobe at the moment, and I really think that if I were to base all of my clothes off of shoes like these, I’d be good to go. The dinosaur style may be my favorite, I love those colors!
I made a batch of these flourless blender muffins earlier this week and I can’t believe how amazing they turned out! My whole family absolutely loved them. Best of all, they’re completely healthy. They turn out to have more of a fudge-like consistency rather than a bread-like one. If you make these, I would recommend boiling dried chickpeas instead of using canned ones to make sure that the muffins don’t end up actually tasting like chickpeas. And if you don’t mind making them a little unhealthy, I made a quick maple glaze to drizzle on top of them by mixing maple syrup, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. It added a really nice extra touch! (p.s. I’m actually making these again today!)
To go along with that recipe, here are some absolutely adorable flower pot measuring spoons! These would look so lovely sitting on top of the kitchen counter. Plus, I personally believe that cute baking supplies makes everything taste sweeter 😉
Alright, that’s all for the first ever Sugar Showcase! I had so much fun putting this together. I can’t wait for the next one! Happy Friday! ♥
